Kolton James is the Program Coordinator. He is from Taylorsville, MS and holds degrees in electrical engineering and nursing. With a strong passion for helping others, he feels blessed to be a part of the team and serving the migrant community.
After an immensely gratifying career as a physician's nurse and rehabilitation unit manager, Kolton joined the MMESC as Program Coordinator because he wanted to use his unique skills to refine and modernize the program's service delivery approach. He has a vision to implement the most current, data-driven education plan. He works behind the scenes with each member of the team to synchronize the characteristics of the program that attribute to its overall function. He is skilled with organizing events, creating content and working with diverse groups of people.
